As a 54 year old person this way of taking a course, of learning something new, was new for me. I did had to get used to it, but really enjoyed every part. The content is good, starting with the basics, preparing for what to come.

Great introduction to IT Technical Support. Very solid fundamental knowlege learned and gain. I am optimistic about what the future holds for me as Technical Support specialist. Will recommend course to anyone and everyone I now.

This course was very informative, as a refresher and also as a self taught IT support agent. It was also nice to touch a little into Linux which is a system that I'm barely interacting with and definitely gained my interest a lot.

This was a wonderful basics course into IT Support. There were some areas that I personally have had in depth training before now and it was very nice to be able to move ahead if I knew I was already comfortable with the material.

This course taught me a lot about customer service that I didn't know before. I feel that I am grounded in the knowledge of computers and that I can learn more effectively in an IT support role now that i've completed this course.

They truly give you a strong foundation in the information technology world and then you need to fill in the missing parts by continue to learn more by researching more to get a better undestanding of how everything come together.

Great introduction to the basics of IT and computer support. I liked that I could either watch the videos or just read the text at my own pace, as well as working ahead. I was able to complete a 6 week course in less than 3 weeks!

This course is very useful and interesting. It allows me t understand the hidden world existing in the computer and internet as well as the basic problem solving skills on how to manage probable issues might occur in the computer.

I really like the course. Although I have some experience in the IT support field, this course extended my knowledge and taught me a lot. I will definitely recommend this course to anyone who is interested in the IT support field.

this was a very eyeopening experience for me, being the first time i have done a class online , plus the fact that i have never done some of the labs i did in this course. I'm very pleased and I will definitely finish this course.

I really found this course to be a great starting point for someone like myself who is familiar with technology but has a limited understanding of what is going on under the hood. I look forward to continuing onto the next course.

Truly enjoyed this class. Heard the offering on the radio and thought why not. I had a basic understanding of much of the information we went through. The course helped fill in some knowledge gap that I think will prove useful.

Great course, the explanations for the topics are simple and easy to follow, and for the most part the examples and quizzes they give are pretty simple and they give you more opportunities if you mess up in the quizzes. Loved it!

The course gave a wide range of technical fundamentals that are supportive of the fundamentals. I enjoyed the course because it enlighten me to areas that I never was involved with. Some the area where vague but understandable.

I loved how they keep everything in short videos it makes it easy to retain information for the quiz after every lesson. I liked that they used a variety of instructors for this course it was entertaining and when by really fast.

It's very nice to be able to learn here, the teacher is very clear in explaining that there are subtitles too. it's just that in some assessments there are obstacles in the assessment and in the future it must be better.

This was a wonderful introduction to IT support. I am already starting to see a career path form based on what I have learned so far. The material is presented in a straightforward manner, making it easy to understand and retain.

This course taught me how to build a box from the ground up, along with some of the soft skills needed to manage people in help desk situations. The teachers were engaging and easy to understand. Appreciate having this available.

Very good staff to learn, I m using computer and tecnolog of the pass 25 years and didnt know a lot of things there. I thing a didnt understand you guys say this course is about 8 months, I did it less than week (around 20 hours)
