I think I have learned so much learning these courses about the IT field. Why because I am interested in working for the field. Technology is future and just about everywhere in the world, everyone uses it every way they can.

Great course with very good explanations and informative and educational videos. It makes digesting so much information much more palatable and breaks complicated concepts down into bite sized pieces for easier understanding.

Its a very interesting course made easy and available to those who are interested in career change.How to get it graded does it mean after i complete five of the coursera courses that is when i will have a graded certificate.

This first intro to IT is very welcoming. I thought my lack of IT skills would be problematic. Luckily the course designers created an inclusive environment. It was easy for a novice like me to make the leap into learning.

It is a quick and bit sized lesson plan that makes it super simple to use. I was able to complete this course in about a week. The videos and reading are informative and break everything down for you so its easy to remember.

This is an extremely easy course. If you have the basics and you took a course at university, then this should be a breeze. You can easily finish a week in a day if you dedicate 1.5 hours to the course. Best of luck brother.

The course content was amazing and as it was beginner friendly, the instructors were good enough to teach us the topics. I want to suggest the course to anyone who want to grow their career as a Technical Support Specialist.

I consider myself to be tech savvy so I was surprised that there were a lot of interesting things I didn't know about the tech world that I took from this class. The material was presented in a relatable and interesting way.

I really enjoyed the course it was very insightful yet clear and easy to understand. I think the actual online computer practice was vital to putting the pieces together. I really enjoyed it and I will continue the program.

I already knew most of this stuff, so this course was easy for me. But, there was enough that I didn't know to make it interesting. This is great beginner information, about the background of computing, and how it all works.
