This course as given me the knowledge required to excel as an IT Support Specialist. it has also pointed me in the right direction to follow in advancing my career, and i think I am interested in gaining more knowledge and skill

The content delivered int his course is just fantastic and not only one person in this course but all of them are well experienced and made me serve my interest to finsh the course and I am sure that I will complte the rest also

easy instructions and concise videos to highlight important aspects of the fundamentals. Also the instructors are great at making sure we don't feel overwhelmed and if we do, they reassure us that it's OK and it will get better.

Its so far being interpret very nicely and made the viewer(me) more interested in a subject i never thought i would have interest in. I am beginning to love computers and their parts and all the amazing things a computer can do.
