his was a very fun course! I really enjoyed the style and pace of the information given. A lot of technical information was given while the course made it easy to take in and comprehend the material!

It goes through a good amount of foundational information for IT. It goes with the technical side as well as the soft skills and resume/interview information which are just as important as technical.

For someone who had minimal IT knowledge it was a very easy to understand and an informative course. It was presented in digestible sections of content and was great for someone like me who has ADHD.

Great course for explaining the fundamentals of IT Customer Support. There were some minor bugs with various materials listed in the wrong quiz, etc. But overall, a solid program. Would recommend.

The tech support fundamentals module is very resourceful and crisp. It really helped me understand many concepts and laid a strong fundamental knowledge in me. Thank you for such a wonderful program.

Although I already work in the IT industry, learning the fundamentals and going back to the basics is always good and this course did an amazing job on preparing you on what to expect in this career.

this course help me in many ways and i have to say thank you. i knew most of them stuff but binary was something new for me and to learn how to read and solve problem relate to binary was a big plus.

The course was super easy and super simplified for everyone to understand. I finished the entire 6 week course in a matter of days. It would have taken me 4 days if I hadn't put in over time at work.

The course was easy to follow and showed me the necessary tools I need to pursue a careers in IT. Would recommend to someone who is interested in IT but isn't sure what IT is. Perfect "Crash Course".
