I think this was pretty great for people first getting into IT, or for people wanting to brush up on things they already know, at least for me that's how it felt.

This was a challenging course. It showed me different ways of looking at customer service. I enjoyed this and would love being an face of success for this course.

Great great place to start if interested in IT. goes over all the fundamentals without getting too "in the weeds". If you are a beginner, I suggest starting here.
