This was a great introduction into this course. Lot's of subjects were covered, but only really on the surface level. I'm definitely looking forward to doing a deep dive into some of these subjects in the upcoming modules.

I.T. Support is the most sought-after job role in the globe - and Google has done one heck of a job of putting this course together. What particularly blows me away is the practical aspect of the course. I totally love it!

Great course for everyone, because you don't need any IT background to start it. You may only need the English language to start this great course. I will keep going until I get Google IT Support Professional Certificate .

Square radio buttons equal multiple answers to questions that don't specifically state they require multiple answers. Circle radio buttons equal questions with only one answer. Once I noticed that the quizzes were easier.

This course was the perfect refresher since i've always been in the IT world. The VM was my favorite part of the course because I have never done that on my own before. I loved the course and the set up and learned a lot.

It was really a nice journey. In this short period of time I have learned a lot of stuff.
