This course is the first of a series that aims to prepare you for a role as an entry-level IT Support Specialist. In this course, you’ll be introduced to the world of Information Technology, or IT. Overall very informative. It would be even better if when on the graded courses it gave you the answers, other other answers (if there were multiple choice), so it would make it easier to study and correct for the future

Provides a good background into IT and the base concepts. It might cover info you already know if you're experienced with computers, but it starts with an assumption of little to no prior knowledge of the areas covered.
