This course is very insightful. though most of things I am already aware of But there are other materials that I am able to have a better understand to unlike the understand I had about those topics before.

Having no background in computers other than being a user this course is definitely a good starting point for helping me to understand the intricacies of what is going on inside of the machine and internet.

This course is the very initial steps towards a larger goal of becoming a great IT Support personnel. I find the coursework very helpful in providing the knowledge in the basics of IT Support Fundamentals.

I really enjoyed this module. It does a great job of explaining the basic concepts. It also gives beginners like myself the confidence to continue learning and does not overwhelm you with too much at once.

The course laid an excellent foundation across many of the critical elements of IT. The videos we just the right length and the instructors clearly have a passion for IT and passing their knowledge along.
