Very interesting course to learn all the fundamentals and basic concepts that an IT support specialist should know, the quizzes help you commit more to it and the tools the teachers show you are very useful.

This is a small thing, but it bugs me. Can we add some sound to the intro animation to the options animation of the videos? It feels like there show be at least some beeps and bloops, if not also some music!

it was really good learning basics of IT in all the important aspects like the hardware, operting system, networks etc. this will definetly give a kick start to the carrier path which i looking forward too.

This course teaches the A-Z to help you get started with computing and learn about the IT field and how it works. Also, if you already know about IT, this course will help you brush up all your fundamentals.

It was an easy course to follow along with. The interactivity in the middle of the videos was a great way to keep focused make sure I understood what was being discussed. The labs were also fun to work with.

It was a good introduction so far. I was a bit concerned that the material was going to be "over my head," but the teachers were encouraging and the questions weren't something that need to be stressed over.

Great course, really enjoyed the content and material. Learned quite a bit. There were a few bugs in the labs and quizzes that should be worked out for future class participants but otherwise a great course.

AWESOME COURSE! This provided great fundamentals and a great overview of what it would be like as an IT Support Specialist. I also enjoyed Week 6 where it teaches about troubleshooting and customer service.

This was an excellent, concise and rounded hands on exposure course to Technical Support Fundamentals. It definitely covered major areas like laptops, desktops and mobile devices. I am happy that I did it.
