An amazing introduction into the world of IT! It provides a ton of info in an easy to learn set of modules. I really enjoyed the labs, even though sometimes they were a little buggy.

This was an overall needed refresher course. I'm happy I took it as if it was a very user friendly, informative and nice entry beginners' course into learning technical support/ IT.

Insightful and well thought out. I have learned much from this course and was surprised at the depth of information that it provided. I am excited to learn more in the next courses.
