This was a great course. I would absolutely recommend it to someone who is interested in learning a little bit more about what IT is and why it is important today.

Basic introduction to what IT support is? All instructors were very specific and guidelines were given in a very simple language, easy to understand and implement.

Very well inline with Google's ideology of "simplicity." Technical topics were well broken down to make them more understandable to anyone curious about learning

I would recommend this program/course to others. I really liked how they taught the basic of computer such as the binary codes, linux programing, and so much more.

This is an amazing course. design fully practical examples and scenarios. It starts from the fundamental of IT support and goes through the interview preparation.
