I really enjoy this course! It is very well structured and covers a lot of technical and softskills concepts that are fundamental for the IT Tech Support role.

This course helps me understand what an IT professional does and I have the necessary foundation to continue learning about this wonderful World of Technology.

The instructors are very good at explaining the material, and although some of it is a bit out of date, I learned the core concepts of introductory IT support.

Being already familiar with IT and have worked in the field. This course exspanded what I knew. I was supprised on how much I was not completely familiar with.

I think the course is good for those who want to learn basics of IT. However, it might be too easy for people who don't use their computers just as calculators
